we are IT Profesnal

Now I m 5 month old in this company &my roots are now in the depth of this company but than also sometime I m thinking Really I m working here???PPl around me sometimes behaves like they are professional by born but they should know they are covered with the professionalism …..Daily coming to office sitting on the same chair and looking continuously in the system, also always ready to listen your senior whether he is right or wrong doesn’t matter and also don’t interfere in his work……!!!! is somewhere looking like my hometown(my native) now all is wonder how this IT-world is comparable to my home time where even electricity, water is rare!!!!! S000oooo let me tell you it in the form of simple story…!!!!!!in my native there was a person named “Bhikhari”. As his name his condition is also same. He don’t have even enough money to arrange food for his family .now when I was in the age of 8-9 I seen he joined our home as servant who takes care of our animals. So what he was doing &what we are doing is summarized below:-

Bhikhari (my servant)	IT Professional (like me)
1.Coming early morning to my home, Which was his work place	1. coming daily to office which is our working place.
2.after coming he used to open the gate and Give the prove that he is present.	2. same we after coming to office ,we turn on our system and change our status as online from away or offline to give the prove to our senior I m present here.
3.my mom or some other family member used to give “tea” to him.	3.same here after coming to office, I used to take coffee daily.
4.Now after this my Uncle or my father used to assign some work to him,he have to complete this any how	4.same here after coffie and all ,our senior or TL,PM used to assign some work & u have to complete it any how.
5.now in between the work , he used to go go for tobacco or bidi.	5.here also…….!!!i don’t want to repeat the same words again & again.
6.Finally in the evening everone used to scold him	6.again the same terms I have to repeat, our seniors’ use to scold even on your small mistake.
7.he was frustrated.	7.we are also frustrated.

Now the thing is that is it worth to work like dog??????????

18 Nov Happy B'day

HAPPY B’day !!!!!!may be today is the most happiest day for other but how much horrible it was for me I can’t explain it in words here…most boring day in my whole life. Even this is my first B’day when I didn’t talked with my mom and dad. So you think that how I passed my day today. Yesterday night I couldn’t even sleep. so this year no celebrtion......!!!!!!!!!!!

Sitting in the office room waiting to finish my job I was bit wondered,not because what the work I m doing ,because till now I have only seen in movies tht some one sitting in office dreaming about future , or you can say that conscious about his own life ….but!!!!!Here its not like tht .i m experiencing here my all life track ,which Is created by almighty .!!!!!!!!!!!till the first day I used to say to my friends that …hav anyone seen love aaj kal”they replied by ”Yes ”with a question that why I m asking this !!!!!! sure a stupid question. its all because I still remember that seen in this movie in which saif Ali khan was so much eager about a jod.but what happened after 3 4 months working in some MNC he fade off. I think our life is also the same one .let me tell you our daily life…!!! Right from morning I used to woke up at around 9:30 ,after that aur daily work and than running for the office like other Dogs. after reching office the same dam work load .again lunch to snacks ..again coffie again diner……!!!!!

Now all off my colleagues went. I m a single person sitting in this ATLANTA room sitting and writing my all work sit.

OFFER FROM "LOGICA"

Let’s start the journey of my life in Logica. As per name itself Logica means logica but condition here is totally different, till the date of of joining I was not very much sure that I will join this company or ”ll work somewhere else .anyways anyhow I joined this company .

We were 18 in the batch, which started on 29 july of 2010. There were so many new faces who all are running with list of question in own mind but they don’t have guts to ask to somebody else including myself. I was bit surprised by seeing students who all have completed B.Tech or B.E & than also they came with parents in office.i was not in mood to laught but then also they made me to laught.after all formalities one lady staff told me to go in KOLALAMPUR Room which on ground flour in logica office . I entered in that room and seen so many fresh faces and all were asking who the hell I m??????

But before this let me tell the other part of this “Offer from logica”…..!!!!!! what a horrible Expricen yaar till the offer later process..but after that its just opposite...like coconut have duel character from outside its diff but at the same time different from inside...the first day in LOGICA was 29july ,i was bit afraid because of till that time i was not sure whether i ‘ll get joining here or ...but finally all the formalities overed,,,& i also became the part of LOGICA ...all the people here is incredible,,,,,,its totally different than other IT company like Wipro Tcs,,, all are so frndly ,,,,within few days only most of them r like my close mentors....when i started working here as a fresher let me tell the story day wise....first day in LOGICA 29 July 2010, time morning 7:30 i reached there ,around an hour before the reporting time...plz don’t laught .......after reaching there i asked to reception whether this only the place na where i have 2 report ...as par my all novel story book experience...every 1 suggest 2 reach be4 time...she replied “yes” this is 124-125 divya shree techno polis...she gave a news paper to read,but still i was not sure ,like all others in any Hindi movie.....again after 20 mint i asked the same silly question “whether this only na divaya shree technopolis” she smile and said yaha ....i started laughing on my this stupidity....now the time by my watch was 8:10 ,,,,still no 1 was there ...i was bit nervous...but i was not in situation 2 do anything otherthan waiting...by the grace of god i seen few fresh faces & i imagined that they r new join here along with me, but i couldn’t ask anything because of “if they were not new here they ‘’ll start laughing” suddenly a young energetic boy sitting lef 2 me asked the same qustion ..I replied very enthusiastically

Today I was in Patna .what a horrible Experience ….Right from the beginning my

Train was at 6:30 from Ara (a small town which is my native) but instead of this it

Came at 8:30 morning but then also I it was at expected time only … but what aa

historic day I reached Patna around 1:30 afternoon hey don’t laugh it’s true

yaar ……from Ara to paten is only 50km but then also 6 hour ….ha ha ha

Anyways I reached Patna by the grace of god as well as by

Mamta benarji , who is presently the Railway minister not for india only for

WB……really if I am Comparing this Patna with 4 year back really it has changed,

not only in the Geometrically manners but also culturally ………Boring road

which was a renounced place and consider as a hub of students as well as 4 the

other’s but Now the circumstance has been changed, still its hub only but now

mango people Are walking sorry running behind the destination or addressed

place …..everyone is saying our GDP rate is 11.75 (for Bihar )which is highest

among state of India …2^nd place is gujrat with 9 but by seeing this all I can only

say we are still on zero000000….. ……Bihar from ancient time is center of power,

learning, and culture in India for 1000 year….place of Budha ,Mahveer, sher shah

suri,guru nanak dev, Veer Kunwar Singh,Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Dr. Anugrah

Narayan Sinha, Brajkishore Prasad …….also this plac played an important role

in independence movement…..Most notable are the Champ ran movement against

the Indigo plantation and the Quit India Movement of 1942,,,,,,, ……….etc but now

where is this all no one knows even about them or I can say not interested in this

all…they all are in so hurry …no one can even reply if u ask something like the

metro cities like Kolkata (it’s my personal experience )… after wearing jens

T-Shirt or ¾ or legens boy as well as girls are filling they r advanced ….but fact

is that they are not advanced they all are illiterate…price rise can be easily

identify …..let me tell u one simple example …when I was in class 10 ,I use to eat

golgaapa, 4 in a rupee but now 4 piece in 5 rupee……….hey koollll…..may be its

somwher true that
